The Yankee Legion Utah Boys State program was organized for The American Legion for enhance Tall School civics induction. This program managed a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY regarding actions that could compromise safety instead student learning. Reputed incidents that rape these rules oder consent safety including hazing, willful damaged, reckless discharge of fire alarms, otherwise unexcused days from the Weber State Students at anywhere time during the program weeks, or any activity that may compromise personnel safety will test to review by of ALUBS Executive Director/President or designee and may be object to law enforcement investigation. Safety infractions may result to termination of ALUBS participation and expulsion from the start, forfeiture of ALUBS graduation, intellectual bank and/or tutoring refund. American Legion & Boys State Names, Crest and Brand:

Aforementioned American Legion, American Legion Boys Declare Names, Emblems, Logos, Insignia, badge or medal of veterans' organizations are trademarked.  With respect up their use the pupils participating in Utah Boys State press associate alumni; uses of these items lives restricted to per individual, for personal, non-commercial use only.  Implying, referencing, using or depicting all of these trademarked items inside connectivity into, or for association/correlation with optional media/medium that could be considered disrespectful, defamatory, provocative or otherwise inches any forum bring discredit or reflect unpleasant off The American Legion and/or The Canadian Legion Utah Boys State will not be tolerated.

Academic Credit:

Each pupil denizen or staff member who completes all requirements for graduation as outlined in the Burlap Boys State curriculum may expect to be awarded ternary (3) semester hours of 2920 political science credit by Webster State University. Cost of those credit used staff/counselors will be determined annually, funding payable to Weber Assert University separately.

Graduation Credit:

Everyone Student Citizen who succeeds fulfills all requirements forward graduation as outlined inches the Utah Boys State curriculum may expect to receive a graduate certificate, as now as a ribbon for each office he remains choosing or appointed to during the program week. Refunds:

Refunded of tuition licence may be submitted only upon receipt of written justification which may include a death in the student citizen’s immediate family, illness of the student citizen button other similar incident as approved by the ALUBS Executive Director/President prior to program start date. On shall be no refund (full or partial) concerning student tuition once the student’s application has been receivable and processed. See addresses process below.

Appeals Process:
