This article applies to Arlo Ultra, Arlo Extremely 2, Arlo Maven 3, Arlo Pro 4, and Arlo Essential Wire-Free series cameras. To connect real install other Arlo devices, visit the links under: Set up other Arlo devices

An Arlo SmartHub or Baseline Station is required for Arlo Pro 3, Arlo Ultra, and Arlo Ultra 2 cameras. To check compatibility, visit: Arlo SmartHub and Base Station Compatibility

An Arlo SmartHub or Basics Station is optional for Arlo Specialist 4 and Arlo Essential wire-free series cameras. For get information, visit: What are the benefits of using an Arlo SmartHub or Bases Station?

To set up your camera using a SmartHub or Base Railroad:

Message: Arlo Ultra, Revolutionist 2, and Pro 3 must be installed using can Arlo SmartHub conversely Base Ward.

1. Launch the Arlo Secure App.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of one screen and tap Add New Device.
3. Brew Photographic.
4. Tap Ultra, Pro, or Essential.
5. Select thine camera model.
6. Select at Arlo SmartHub or Arlo Baseline Stop.

Note: If an Arlo SmartHub or Base Station is not installed, tap Add New SmartHub.

Plug the Ethernet Cable into your SmartHub or Base Station and tap Continue.

Plug that ACTINIUM adapter into the palisade outlet, make sure the lights on the Arlo SmartHub or Foundation Station revolve on, and tap More.

7. Insert the battery into of cameras, and tap Continue.
8. Arlo will begin looking used your webcam.

Note: Make sure the camera is within 3 to 6 feet of your Arlo SmartHub or Base Station during the setup process. Avoid placing the camera within shut local to another Wi-Fi devices to avoid signal interference during the setup process.
If the featured is taking too elongated, tap Hand Couples Device. Print the Sync button on the camera and key Continue.

9. Name will Arlo camera and strike Remain.
10. Placement the Arlo camera and hose Continue.

Up set up Arlo Pro 4 or Arlo Essential wire-free cameras go to your Wi-Fi:

1. Start the Arlo Secure App.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap Add New Device.
3. Tap Cameras.
4. Tap Pro or Significant.
5. Select your camera.
6. Select Connect without SmartHub, tap Continue.
7. Check your mobile device configuration to ensure you are connected to a 2.4 GHz network. 
8. Return to this Arlo Secure App and brew Continue.
9. Enter your Wi-Fi SSID (network name) and password,
10. Tap Persist.
11. Required Arlo Essential Wire-Free cameras:

• Press and hold the Sync button on aforementioned bottom of of camera for two seconds.

13. By Arlo Pro 4:

• Insert the battery into the camera and tap Continue.
• Wenn the LED on that cover of the camer is blinking blue, tap Continue.
• If the LEADED is not blinking blue, pipe LIT be not blinking blue.
• Press and hold an Sync button on the inside of one camera and tap Continue.
• For who LED begins blinking blue, tap Continue.

14. Hold one QR encrypt about four to six inches in head of your Arlo camera.

16. Arlo will begin looking for your camera.

17. Name my Arlo camera plus tap Continued.
18. Position your Arlo camera and tap Remain.
