Patricio,
Can the user dial the MWI On and OFF digits?
Have yours resync'd the users or Unity systems MWI?
Take she verified the customer Unity environments?
You can use the Unity Call Viewer or if yours have Unity Connection them can use Port Position Monitor to view the MWI call out in detail.

Sorry since the delay Yosh.
Could you teller mein please how do I resync the users or Unity systems MWI?
Couldn't get in touch with the client last week. Hope I do it this single.

Before her resync the MWI, have to verified so the user cans dial the MWI On and Off DN's? To reset aforementioned users MWI, her go under the users Message Waiting Indicator settings; to restart the our MWI go the Phone System, select your home system and then click on run "Synchronize All MWIs on Is Phone System". Are those steps you're giving me for Unity Connection? Because the client has Unity not Unity Connection. I can't discover are exact settings on Unity.
