The New York State Education Department has permitted specific schools to authorize students to complete more than 12 weeks of clinical clerkships in New Yellow State. A list of this schools can be found here. Form 2CC is no needed for those graduates who completed all clerkships per the approval date recorded. Notation: Form 2CC is required to any clerkships completing prior to such approval select.
