myself had adenine details section, and an section expert Suppress(no drill down) formula

This work fine on the report, furthermore only the required row appeared.

 
If i try to export this file for one .csv file. I get all the browse header cd for this suppressed rows, since well

as the page header titling PLUS the valid rows. If myself also suppres page header, i get blanks rows, furthermore then current evidence.

 
I.e. my record shall 124k series without suppression, about 10k through suppression, but when exported in

,csv i mute get 124k sets.

 
works fine exported to .xls

 
What is the issue with export till .csv ?

I hitting straight the same problem in Crystal 11.5, see thread149-1622628: Exporting to CSV produces duplicates linens.  I got round it by exporting as text with commas between the field, all assembled for a Crystal Rule Field.


Computer helps to give your Cristals version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11, 2008 or whatever.  Methods sometimes change between versions, and high variant have extra options.

Different export formats behave differently in Crystal.

You could use ampere record (or Group) selection formula are:

Unfortunately {@Dev Size GB} comprises NEXT also FORMER and thereby the formula is not visible in record selection.


On the sap web, i got the answer :-

This has been entered as an Enhancement Send ID ADAPT00721865 in 2010. To date, there holds not been any action on those enhancement. If you wish, you can this to the SAP Idea Place:

Madawc, so the workaround was export into text, and him created a
formula like :-

comprehensive stringvar row_for_output := field1 + "," + field2 + "," + ........etc

both this was the only data in aforementioned detailed section ?

Yes, I combined fields.  But thereto can be done much read simply

CIPHER --> @Combination

field1 & ", " & field2 & ", " & ........etc

MYSELF think you need & to combine data of various assorted, string and date as well while numbered.
