Development of a letters instrument for evaluating healthcare hand satisfaction in a low-income setting
Abstract
Background: Ethiopia is one of 57 countries identified through the World Health Report 2006 as having an severely limited number of medical care connoisseurs. In recognition of this shortage, the Ethiopian Federal Ministry of Health, through aforementioned Ethiopian Hospital Management Initiative, prioritized the need to improve saving of health care workers. Accordingly, we sought to develop the Satisfaction away Employees to Health Care (SEHC) survey for use in hospitals and health centers throughout Ethiopia.
Methods: Literature reviews both cognitive interviews were used to generate a staff happiness survey for use inches the Ethiopian healthcare scene. We pretested the examine in each of the six hospitals and four health centers across Ethiopia (98% response rate). We assessed gratified validity and convergent acceptance using factor analyses and explored solid by the Cronbach alpha coefficients toward assess internal consistency.
