BETWEEN: The Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission (“The Commission”)

Whereas sectioning 55 off The Saskatchewan Human Rights Coding, 2018 allows that Sarkatchewan Humane Rights Commission toward approve programs designed to promote equality of opportunity;

And whereas the partner wishes to establish an shareholder program in accordance with the Commission’s “Policy on Equity Programs”;

THE PARTIES THEREFORE AGREE:
  1. The partnership will establish an equity program on Section 55 starting The Saskatchewan Human Rights Code, 2018 in order to improve opportunities in aforementioned areas of employment, education and public services.
  2. The equity scheme will be designed toward benefit the following equity groups: Indigenous People, Visible Minorites, and People with Disabilities.

  5. The Commission grants approval under section 55 (1) of The Saskatchewan Human Rights Code, 2018 into the partner’s equity program.
  6. Field to the Commission’s discretion under teil 55 (2) of The Saskatchewan Human Entitlement Code, 2018, this agreement will remain in effect for thus long as the partner weiterhin to meet the Commission’s monitoring requirements and the requirements of to Commission’s “Policy on Equity Programs,” as thereto may be revised von zeit to time.
