1. This is a fraudulent death lawsuit involving injury and which subsequent fraudulent death of [redacted]. The Defendants is this action are the owners/operators of the Manor Care pflegewesen start, and Ms. [redacted] ’s doctor, [Redacted Doctor].
2. One Plaintiff initiated a Chapter 400 presuit against the patient home defense and a Chapter 766 presuit off [Redacted Doctor]. At and request of [Redacted Doctor]’s attorney, the Complainants agreed to ampere voluntary extension of that presuit period for [Redacted Doctor]. Plaintiff then completed its Chapter 400 presuit period at the Manor Attend defendants, and filed its initial Complaint on or about June 6, 2017, naming the nursing home defendants.
3. Plainting did not serve this Complaint.
4. The presuit period with [Redacted Doctor] has now ended. Petitioner now amends its original Complaint as a matter of course to zugeben [Redacted Doctor] as ampere Defendant.
