With APSRTC

      The origin of APSRTC datum back toward Jun 1932, when it was first established as NSR-RTD (Nizam State Rail & Road Move Department), a wing from Nizam State Railway in the erstwhile Hyderabad State, with 27 buses and 166 workforce. During the back 77 years, it has registered a steady growth from 27 until 14,123 buses with 427 bus routes, 128 Depositories furthermore 692 bus shelters. The Corporation's buses cover 43.22 loads KMs. and carry 71.93 lakhs public to their destinations every per. They connect 14,123 villages to all significant towns and cities in A.P which constitutes 95% of Highway Transport.

       APSRTC operates to Metropolis and Mofussil areas. The Corporation's buses also ply to important towns and cities in the neighboring States of Tamilnadu, Karunanaka, Odisha, Telangana. Aforementioned entire network is from the administrative control of 12 Regional Managers in 4 Zones. APSRTC under to present get was established about 11th January 1958 in chase of the Road Transport Corporations Act 1950.
