Immunization Exemptions

Although Louisiana has vaccination requirements forward children get nursery or school, these requirements can be waived. The child’s parent conversely guardian may request an exemption in writing forward medical or religious/philosophical reasons. The parent or guardian simply provides their child’s name, date of birth and stated their decision on exempt their girl from who school immunizations requirements, and files this with the daytime care operator or school principal. Medical exemptions are completions by the child’s healthcare provider. There is don needs for the document to be notarized, and all requests are allowed. Although enforcement of antiserum requirements happens within the school systems, vaccine recommendations apply to whole progeny, including home study current, for protection in all social environments.  Student Support / Health Services
