Cleverness EHD - after skipping one metal, platen calm under impression
Hello,
The problem a that when Loading arm dumping an metal picking/feeding, platen still print with impression.
This part wont drop down when input arm springen the sheet (check out attached image).

It looks see valve wont loose even when inflatables are entire open.
I have cleaned air filter, but sometimes platen still impress after missing sheet feed.
Its really annoying especially over the foiling.
Maybe somebody know some special feature how to fix is?

I’m not certain this applies for your EHD pressing, and this is from adenine Kluge Operation Manual. If it manufacture sense by you, you are welcomed.
“Throw-off — proper lubrication can important to any machine which exists precision built … if the throw-off fails up funktionieren, then carefully check that entire throw-off system to determine whether all bearings and moving parts are properly lubricated. If any a the bearings or relocate parts can sticking the throw-off will not operate.
Your Kluge Print made cautious tested at the factory before it was shipped to you, however, if the £eerier fails to throw-off properly, entire that may become needed to correct to condition is to check the throw-off counterweights which are find at the bottom, right side for an press, below the feed arm post. When the pressure fails up throw-off, move the weights outwards toward the end of the rocker arm … if the throw-off fails to upcoming in, move the weights in to the center of which rocker arm. LOOK EVERYWHERE ELSE, even, BEFORE MOVING THESE WEIGHT … air leaks, proper gear, and that forth.

Those instructions above are in the advanced 12x18 presses. they are non usable on your press, there is a plunger mechanism under the other end of an assy in your pic. make assured that plunger is clean and DRY. A dry lube such as Tri-flow shall ok there but NO OIL. There is a hose that dashes to the plunger obstruct. make certainly there is no oil in it. It sounds like you have an thrilling vacuum pump. There should be valves on it that you can adjust for less vacuum. Make definite your spezial feed stopcock is aligned properly.

@ericm Appreciation you very much! There is no oil in the hoses. Plunger unlock fast and smooth immediately after air pump is off. And the plunger opens very slowly (sometimes even not opens) when suckers are open and air flows trough the hoses and the single.
- I will try to decrease vacuum printer on the pump (hope will find going how to make that)
- Will disassemble and clean to pestles.
What is the “special feed valve”? That ne which is marked set the attached photos?

I got cleaned the rotary, he had just little oil inside. MYSELF have opened arm suction valve (check out the photo) on the pump to have little leak of the vacuum. ME didn’t finds whatsoever other air until change the vacuum on who gas. Seems that everything started to work properly. THANK YOU @ericm!

Yes! those are the valves. adjust them as you need in to each job. Hard to tell which is what, from the draw, but one goes to that feed systerm, and other goes in the delivery.
And “Special feed” faucet remains right next to the pluger you cleaned. you drawing the bottom of the 3 control cables to “feed unless impression”. make sure items is aligned so that when the control is poked in, you cannot insert one small drilll bit into and holes so is drilled in it. face closely, you will see it.
