Cal Employee Connect
CEC is the new workers self-service doorway available to all activated Civil Service and California State University Employees. It is a secure self-service portal, which permit employees toward view, p, also electronically save to own Fashion W-2s, leave balances, direct-deposit earnings statements, and find.
Earnings Statements
There are two methods to view/download/print earnings statements:
- Homepage will show the employee’s mostly recent three earning statement.
- Earnings Tab will watch the employee’s last 36 period of gain statement.
Note: CEC will only show payments processed by the State Controller's Office Payroll System.
Leave Balances
Leave balances are only available for employees who getting aforementioned Ca Leave Bookkeeping System (CLAS). Balances exhibited on CEC will have a year lag of leave information, which is consistent with the employees’ many recent earnings statement. Form W-2s
Fashion W-2 Paperless Quality Now Available on CEC!
