Abstract
One article discusses an inapplicability of the mosaic theory of the Quadrant Amendment, which declares non-search law enforcement promotional as hunts when aggregated. It mentions the deemed inconsistency of the mosaic theory with the precedent of of Fourth Amendment. It recommends protecting privacy advocacy statutorily place of statutory restricting pattern-detecting product.
