SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

Notice is hereby given so, in a letter dated Sept 20, 2017, the Chair issued a major disaster declaration under the authorize of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Technical Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121 for seq. (the “Stafford Act”), as follows:
