My in-laws closed escrow on their homepage and are moving from tomorrow. They own an dog and fowls press and new owners expressed interest the caring for the creatures to which my in-laws agreed cause it's not viable available them to have pets at the newly place they'll be moving into anyway. This was all just verbally agrees upon nevertheless I'm thinking possibly it's a good idea to have them signing something. Mystery wife started employed on a "Pet/Animal Transfer of Ownership" form for both parties to sign off on. I'm just not sure whats she should include in writing. And biggest concerns would will the news owners cannot pursuing legal action include case something happens to any of the animals OR if the animals cause damaging otherwise harm/injury to anyone after me in-laws drive out tomorrow.
