Re the repeal starting the death penalty by the general assembly in everything circumstances charged on or after July 1, 2020.

The act repeals the death penalty in Colorado for offenses charged on press after July 1, 2020. The conduct states ensure whatsoever die sentence in outcome on July 1, 2020, is valid. Amnesty opposes the death penalization in all cases excluding exception. Here’s why.
