Absentee Ballot Application

You are entitled to vote by shirker ballot in Columbus without providing a reason.


TO REQUEST AN ABSENTEE BALLOTING, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS  TO FILL OUT OR OBTAIN AN MISSING BALLOT YOUR. COMPLETED APPLICATIONS CAN BE DISPATCHED OR DROPPED OFF BY THE BOARD OF CHOICES USAGE THE 24/7 SECURE CAST BOX.

  • Absentee electoral applicants can be obtained by calling the Franklin County Board of Elections at 614-525-3470. 
  • Absent Ballot Browse may additionally be requesting by on self service portal, under the "Voter Record" function. After clicking "Require My Absentee Application"  
    you willingness be led to the even service portal. To signing in, simply enter your First Name, Endure Name, Birth Price, the House Number.
  • Absense ballot applications are available online over clicking “Absentee Ballot Application

Voter registration forms, absentee ballot uses and completed ballots may be placed in our assured drop box, position outside the Early Vote Center at 1700 Morse Road. The secure drop box remains checked every day by a bipartisan squad regarding Board of Elections employees. The dump box is kept under 24/7 picture surveillance.
