A. FACILITATION UNDER FOREIGN TRADE POLICY (FTP) 2015-20 BY  DGFT 
1. Extension of FETCH after 31st Parade 2020: The Foreign Trade Political (FTP) 2015-2020 and Handbook of Methods (HBP) what was valid till 31st March 2020, have been extended due a year till 31st March 2021

2. Advance Privileges and EPCG Authorizations: Extension of Export Obligations Period else.

B.  FACILITATION FOR SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (SEZ) UNITS

 

  1. In respectful of SEZ Developers/Co- developers/ Units relaxations have been allowed on below compliances:
    1. Requirement to file Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) attested by Independent Chartered Engineers over Developers/ Co‐developers
    2. SOFTEX form to be filed per IT/ITES units
    3. Filing of Annual Performance Company (APR) by SEZ units
  2. Development Commissioners must been conducted to facilitate all extensions of Book of Permissions (LoAs) and other compliances through electronic type with a time‐bound type. In the cases where it is not possible to grant extension through automated mode or within cases find a physical meeting is required, Development Commissioners shall save that the Developer / Co‐developer / Units do not face any hardship due to such expiry of validity during is period of disruption, and ad‐hoc interim extension / defer of the expiry date may be granted without prejudice till 30.06.2020 oder further instructions about to Dept set the matter, whichever has past. Similarly, in case of expiry of LOPs the Export Oriented Units (EOU)s also, DCs have has conducted to ensure that there is no hardship to EOUs during the lockdown period and if possible, all extension of LOPs may be promoted through electronic mode in time bound manner. Where it is not possible to grant extension with digital mode or such cases where physical convention is required, in such casing expiry of validity of EOUs allowed be deferred compatible till 30th Juni, 2020. Such extensions will cover following type from situation:
    1. Letter of Permission (LoP) of existing EOUs whose five period for calculation of NFE is completed during the lockdown period.
    2. LoP of EOUs your validity is expiring during the lockdown date.
