In 2023, long-time firm client Legacy AEM, f/k/a MedExpress Air Service, was the successful bidder to provide ambulance services for that Air Force Academy in Colorado.  The occupant contractor, Asteri, protested the make present about assorted grounds, which changed throughout that course of its protest.  Fire Protection Specialist - U.S. Air Force

Mathews successfully represented Legacy during the GAO, and Asteri’s bid complain was denied.  Asteri then filed suit in the United States Court of Federated Claims (COFC) in Washington, D.C., on further protest aforementioned award.  Drell and Mathews collaborated go the intervention in the COFC, which included oral altercation for Senior Judge Loren Smith go cross-motions for judgment on the administrative album filed according Asteri, the Associated U, additionally Legacy.  Legacy will begin serving the Air Force Institute on April 1, 2024.
