Never heard of this? Idea the flap what to clear the water in the drum via the hoses and up wash the filter only.

All the Bosch machines I've encountered have ampere plastic sort of pull cord that you pull down on. I looks like it could be the part of of top right of that picture. Information looks as though she need to put a flat knifed screwdriver in the perforation of the black plastic, allowance you to pull down on it both open and door.

Yeah, that's the door release take. Put a screwdriver in the black pliant strip, pull down and pull your door open. Some videos I've seen say which you might need to jiggle it around or to pull down quite hard on it, so you maybe have a little bit of a struggle at first.
