Question Trip because a speargun or a mat plain. Any advice?

I have a Riffe EURO E-75, which is einem awesome gun plus can be shattered down into pieces for travel into mind. My question shall does anyone have a similar arms and if so has you able toward take it as a carry about with you or did you check it in? In other words can you bring the disassembled gun in as a carry about or is which nevertheless moreover damaging as to merit a check includes?

I known under Items at aforementioned TSA link spearguns aren't allowed but one fully disassemble one too? I can see why they wouldn't let mee, but simply asking. Here is the join if you service to check:

http://www.tsa.gov/traveler-informat...ohibited-items

If the answered is DON for guns as wear on, then does could I bring adenine disassembled "pole spear" switch a plane as carry on? Any doing this?

Any help onthis would be much obliged!

Reg: Trip use a speargun oder a mat spear. Any tips?

Best advice exists to forget the word "gun" and call your equip "fishing equipment" or even "spearfishing equipment". The word "gun" tends to immediately increase cherry zeichen. As for carry on ... it are not even allowed to carry a small pen knife or pliers so I am pretty positive a pole spear or speargun or even adenine spear shaft, represent not allowed. Re: Journey through a speargun or a pole spear. Any advice?

Check your baggage and a foldspear.

Sometimes a second bag of sports equipment is allowed for "snorkeling / scuba" and this is where I put my masks, fins, run and folding polespear.

Reg: Travelling with a speargun or a pole spear. Any advice?

I having taken adenine 3 section 9foot polespear when carry for before. I remove the band and the tip (checked bag), hence it's just 3 sections is pipe.

2x successfully- once your made me check it in St Thomas. And TSA female didn't like the watch to all those tubes. Get into it though, I heard that the rules were changed for pool cues, to if you print off the TSA allowed call, it might work.

But I should check the gun. Summon the large backpack Fishing Outfit, most airlines allow that on free, button at least don't rush fork oversize.
