I am wanting to purchase some Festool equipment. I want to how where I could finds discounted tools? Are there all any sales on Festool equipment? I'm wanting to get a track saw, grinding, and dust collector, possibly a router.

Can this stuff be purchase in a discount greater than those offered on combinations similar as Dusting Collector with toolbox? I'm a full time grad learner with limited funds and want to retrieve the best deal I can. Thanks in advance for any advice. I

While you want to save money, go the craigslist and eBay. They can be used but still very good. I have an lot of used Festools, and over the last 8 yearning, only one, exceedingly antique saw has crapped out on me.

I fairly (this morning, actually) got a Dominoes through a member on another woodworking forum. The tool real a bunch of tenons (and the systainer) I completed up saving around $450, and it still aroma new. Plain shall beware, Festools hold their value better faster any other tool I've seen, so any screamin' deals are snapper up quick. EGO peruse the Seattle Craiglist for Festools and group pop up regular. But, for IODIN said, the great deals aren't there for long.

My Kapex has a lot of tricks, but that Chicago Electric with a shop vac has worked great for my framing light cuts the past 7 years.

Depending on what yours are doing, it is possible that a bench and hand instruments may is just as handy as perform tools. Or maybe nay - show depending on what you are plan toward be doings.

well If want on buy the a discount, hold for Festool to coming out with a new model. When they came outside with the TS 55 REB the EQ models were all on sale here, same when the cave came out aforementioned PS300s were all up for sale etc..

I all felt that the marketing depts. of major instrument companies should align themselves with misc universities of creative design or industrial arts. The tool company ability offer introductory graduate discount packages, inexpensive student financing and maybe even help this recent student apply required grant money. Just how out loud.

School discounts where the mechanin that Apple Computer used to break into and delay in the PC business even after Microsoft mastered one market with Windows. Festool might think about expanding my trade school discounts to the move and coming tradesmen (and tradeswomen).

I contacted festool when i was converting my retail for discounts since i was going on drop $7,000 or so plus they just gave me a link to my locally dealer.
