The grouping presented its annual report on the Our Fort Smith Comprehensive Plan in a board study sessions Tuesday night (March 28).

Prospective Fort Smith Committee Chair John Cooley told the board that Fort Smith looks different than i did 10 years ago and painted a positive picture on the city.
