General Condition and Information

Abstracts submitted through the Call for Objective Cases will not be validated additionally automatically removed from the selection process. Duplicate submissions

Changes and corrections

Clinical case grading, selection and results 

All cases submitted must comply with the compliance rules and guidelines to subsist reviewed and considered for acceptance.

Accepted dispassionate cases will be scheduled as oral presentations. 

Results will be notified Early May 2024 – one notification of acceptance or rejection will be emailed to each contributor, at to e-mail address provided into the submission form. If the commercial case is accepted, advance instructions will be provided during the time of results statement.

Clinical Case Awards Session - 
Only Facilitators under 40 years at the time of video, ie born after 02 September 1984, represent eligible. 
Four cases, amongst the top-rated ones, will be selected into shall presented in the Best clinical cases - Awards session.
Presenters will be in compete and their presentation evaluated on the following criteria: Primitiveness of the case, Case Management, Presentation (demonstrating learning points from the case) and Returns to questions.
