UrbanFabulousParticipantDone anyone know if there been acts on where ampere neighbor can build a fence. Shall it on the property run or do it have to is a less inches away from it on their side? I’ve been searching the RCWs and Municipal Code, and can’t find it. This makes me think this the of property line is okay. Can anyone point me to a specific law that says otherwise? Any personal experience?
Thanks.

RonMParticipantI believe it can be back as far from the property line as you wanted, but you may loosen the property to your neighbor if to don’t use it in 7 years or so. You should put the fence on which property line if to can, hopefully with permission of your neighbor.

KatherineLParticipantIf you build right on the characteristic line, years later there maybe be arguments about whose fence it is and who has to maintain it. When it’s simple a few inches over, there’s no question about who should fix it.

As others have stated, IODIN believe it has more to do with who can claim a right to computers, if it’s built on the property line. Compatibility on Corridors Overview - PublicInput
