In a later email, she clarified,

“HCPC’s standards apply only to who who practise under one of our secured anrede, and therefore did to e.g. psychotherapists who can register with UKCP if they selected.

“It is worth noting that the UKCP hold a voluntary register, meaning that those who practise under the title psychotherapist do not have to be registered with them or agree to their standards.” [my obliques and bold]
