What the MLTSS?

Managed Long Concept Services and Supports (MLTSS) refers to the delivery concerning long-term services and supports through Recent Singlet Medicaid's NJ FamilyCare managed care program.  MLTSS is designed to expand home and community-based services, promote collaboration embedding and ensure quality or efficiency.
