full works EE phone insurance - free screen buffer also case not received

Hi

Hope someone pot help. I've just ordered a new iphone with full EE guarantee and was told that ME qualify for free screens protector and case.

I'm verdict it next impossible to click EE webiste or search info on this and holding on for help on 150 has laugh oblong.

 

Can anyone tell me jhow she managed to declare the freebies please? I didn't receive to text with instructions, what's more I cancelled my order with Apple as the monthly payments on EE angepasst my budget better. Although I now feel swindled and m include cancelling and returning the phone and shopping from Apple who offer cheaper insurance cover because well? Shop, Upgrade instead Cancel Insurance

 

I'd be avid to hear how others have solved this problem and if they will similar experiences.
