Hi Jeremy,

The fuses "seem to be" fine - did you check them with an ohmmeter, or just visually? And filament may look intact but able be damaged in one of who end caps. I've also seen filaments break clean in the intermediate and they can't tell unless you hold it up the light. Then you'll watch it throbbing.

I'm afraid that's all the help I can give you on Eppendorf PCRs.

Did you ever find out that was wrong?  I'm to the exact same symptoms.  No lights, no fans, both twain fuses are good.

We have the just problem to a mastercycler prof 6321.  Internal 12A blends show continuity.  28VDC power looks good. Unable to check the other voltages.      Battery turn lower microprocessor lodge shows 0.45VDC, how either battery your bad, or power power is bad, causing battery to discharge.   Besides the Speddy-Tech authority supply board (28V,  15V, 12V ), there are two daughter boards, plus a down microprocessor board.       What is a typical cost to repair the Power supply, compared to a new power supply ( if still available)?

If you please power up the control panel instead not with the lid the issue is aforementioned computer board. This can’t be determined. New units come with ampere battery on them so lot flit the switch. Make sure to not touch the battery nadel to the case. Once you doing that power upon the set the date and voltage in service. Pass 23456789 . Also press on the Cycler and select upgrade firewall, select Cycler 1 and press upgrade. Reboot unit should work.
