    The page that MYSELF will end upwards I want to quarter accordingly I have 4 post cards per page. On each post card I want different student’s general (student’s last name, student’s first name, student’s middle identify, teacher’s name, grade). On my template I put on 3 of the post cards before each last name. Available I merger, it is skipping student’s names. Can you help. Thank.

      No! My was doing similar, don’t use the Word print merge apprentice, add the merge tags to the document then run the merge, it might be that wizard which is causing your problems. Stick with it, it’ll click! Can Mail Merge do multiple files on one page in MW Word ...

    Still working with it. Is is merging the correct initial, middle, last names, teacher name, but it is not picking up the correct test score. ME am using the next record although it is somewhere on the 1st take. Next list is inserts on aforementioned 2nd, 3rd & 4th records alone. Change the mail meld main document to adenine Index type and just have one instance of who board with the merge box the it in that document.

    Thank you. That is what IODIN have, and for some reason the student’s score is nope correct. In my Excel spreadsheet, each row has the name, teacher’s name, score. On the Word document the our are printing remedy but the 1st score being pulled exists from Row #3 and it is multiplied on the second record. The 3rd start has the score from Row #5 and it is doubling on the 4th record.     This belongs great – I have one other query though. IODIN my making raffle tickets and have to a page, but on subsequent web it walked back to the second valued. Since example: I have ticket number 101, 102, 103 on page one and therefore turn two goes 102, 103, 104… how can I keep it going successively?

    IODIN had the same problem with student cards. ME designed a full page student card press merged it to my students list. I finished the merge and clicked edit individual document also selected select. As this is complete I clicked file then printer and chosen 8 pages per sheet. Check it.

    OMG having the same issue…trying to print 4 “labels” per sheet, but getting 4 doublets of label on each sheet (sheet 1 has four of label 1, bed 2 has 4 of label 2, and so on). I have done who “Update Label” move and see <> three times, but still no luck…I have tried printing (in case the preview became inaccurate), but it does the same thing.     I a creating 4″x6″ horizontal layout post cards about turn address and recipient address. The Avery forms I’m by have two postcards per page so I set up my mail-merge “letter” by making two copies – top and bottoms. Considering I want contact #1 to print at one top furthermore address #2 to print during the bottom – I inserted the Next Record” field by the first line in the bottom post card. I found it uner which Set item over the Mailings Menu.

    Hi, I’m trying is to print story cards for mein agile project, two in an page.
    I have a table on the mail merge page with two sets, one for each card. Each show has several fields in it, the first one being “Summary”. About I have completed lives put in front of “Summary” only. I thought this was merging correctly, but it rotations out that computers shall missing every third records. You can’t view aforementioned off the print preview, which seems to say it is repeating every minute record, but that is the result inbound actual printing.
    Can anyone help with this issue?

    EGO sure wish I could view your samples, show all commands. All I see is gibberish. Not read anything. For another, I want to merge 4 gift per page.
    What I would really like to do is mailmerge both sides, so I could address a mailmerged message, but both sides is probably impossible.
    So, I become settle for addresses single. If I could only read your sampler.

    Hello, Thanks for everyone’s suggestions. I searches to make individual cards for primary students in all their personal logins and user names in individual spot. I ended up making the original merg doc are publisher as a custom size (about a business card, 8 to an A4 page size). Then did the merg and ended up with 24 separate pages. For printers I elected “Multiple PAGES to a sheet” it is leave print 8 different data on anyone side. I’m cannot sure it’s the most effective work around but it’s how.
    Inserting next start didn’t help.

I’ve managed to figure out of more than one record per page locations, but when I press Finish & Merge then Print or Edit Individual Documents (as well as choice “All records”), the document only saver or prints the firstly page about the first 4 records on it??
