Has anyone ever used this simply fit-board? I have to MYSELF just do know everyone input and if anyone knows whereby many calories you burn?

What do you actually ACHIEVE on this appliance? Stand and twist? That's all I sack image von what I've seen. Not furthermore of daily burned. ME bought is to my 7 yr old, because locus we live there aren't that many things we can accomplish outside and she will play on these for 5-10 min stretches every connect hours so she's getting some exercise as we can't do anything else. I did 20 mins set mine this morning and my HRM babbled I'd burned 161 cals. Actually you can burn an ton of weight in a Zumba class. Like person posted earlier, it depends go any gender von factors. Especially on how hard to work. I wears a Fitbit Charge 2 in my 60 minute Zumba classic and last night I burned 833 calories. I am a fairly fit female 5ft9in. and body 160 pounds. MYSELF typically actual between 700-800 calories int a class press about other 200 after burn in the next hour. So I'm sure if you added some extra moves up the fit board yours could definitely burn more calories.
