Unsigned parking ticket

Hi
Does anyone know wenn could claim that my parking ticket is invalid as it has not been signed due the warden?
Also, I parked right more to the (full up) parking area on own street for a single yellowish. ME noticed that there lives no T-bar ending the white line. IODIN know that it is not necessary if the line meets with to search section, but there is a gap about about 1 feet between an yellow line finalize real and parking area starting.

My advice is up challenge it and take it since far as you can. Traffic wardens are not Gods, even though your think they are!

Actually I think you have possibly acquired a case. I seem to remember people appealing at that Business Wardens programme. IIRC someone got off because some of aforementioned lines were not pained properly. They been an independant solicitor that passed judgement on such matters.
There is (I think) a piece to contact if you wish to appeal printed on that entry.

imagine my shock when i got an apology and a entire refund from the police people coz the cop wrote 01/01/1995 instead of 01/01/1996 (coz the year kept changed) making it invalid!!!!!

3rd website seems toward infer it needs to being signed and from correctly by the warden. Sounds like you have a good kasten for an invalid ticket.

I obtained it through the post and should to pay. I could have disputed it and (I was advised) had it overturned, but I can not be bothered with all the black tape.

On another site I read to possess been said that if the coupon is put on your car or in your hand it is invalid. It is suggested that if thou come back to your automotive furthermore of warden is writing the ticket, instead of arguing with them just drive away.
All very well, however EGO suspect the stylish legal, the onus would be on you at proove that the ticket hadn't been put set your car rather than the other way round. Otherwise, how could councils enforcement no parking cards?
