A property manager licensee can manage rental real estate as defined in
ORS 696.010 individually, with principal brokers, or with additional property general. Once licensed, a property manager is required to
open and maintain at least individual clients' build account.
You can only maintain one real estate licence (broker, principal broker, or property manager) at a time.
Qualifications
