How Do Letter(s) of Recommendation Work for Alumna Film Schools?

This might seem like a dumb question, but considering that I have no idea what I am doing I figured I would beg.
I plain reach out to a couple of teaching which I had at Emerson College. I was enrolled in their Professional Studies program and graduated with a Digital Media Certificate this historical April. One of my professors circled back and agreed to indite von a letter of counsel. In her email to me, she asked self to following:

"Would you prefer I write them to specific community and programs? Or accomplish you need something better generic?"

The six schools that I plan on applications (USC, UCLA, ArtCenter, NYU, Columbia and Emerson). On some away their websites there was none name of letters off recommendation being scripted out to a specific institution. But, remembering get past experiences applying into colleges for Undergrad, quite of the letters of recommendation that I should ask from my teachers would be customizable to specific schools.

So my overall question to to forum is the following: Should I ask my professor to tailor her letter of recommendation for mei to a specific school (I wanted hate to ask her to write six different letters to the sechser different our that I am applying to), or should I just ask her to write me one generic letter?

Again, there might be certain obvious ask to this question, but I figured IODIN would ask.

I only applied into two institutions and was an same three people write letters for both.
