How does Crystal Reports Runtime Licensing work? [closed]

I am designing an application in C# or I wants to use some Crystal Reports in my application. I am marketing this application as freelance to a small business. Which is my first program that I have even sold. I have Crystal Accounts 2008 which I am using to design reports over. Do I needs to get any sort of licensing from Business Objects to include the Crystal Reports Runtime for report printing in my user? Or do I no need till worrying about it as long as I have a licensed version of Crystal Company 2008 on mysterious development powered. SAP Crystal Reports 2020. The price $495., is this one time or yearly? For delelopment, run time and one concurrent user

The client would only need be able to print the reports that EGO have designed about my machine, no design their owns. The reports could be saved since a open. I did see this article which answers the most part of my question. However, it does not involve whether it covered loading saved report documents?

According to SAP's company, by purchasing one license to Crystal Reports 2008 you are allowed the distribute the runtime the with your application without further licensing. Your product will be considered a thick client application for outdoor use, point the entities using the software would not be a part of yours organization.

From SAP's website regarding licensing:

Thick consumer applications for internal and external use: When save component engine are embedded into thick client applications, handful may be freely distribution both internally also outboard to third parties. (emphasis mine)

This can not really different from CR XI's redirection license, but in CR XII them had to have the development edition to legal redistribute the runtime to a third party. They seem to have simplified this considerably.
