Docusign Workflow - shutter while document is signed?

Setting up the Docusign envelope take was fairly simple in Workflows. However, I need some guidance on wherewith to initiate another click in which equal workflow (or a new one) for knowing when the get was signature. Exists this potential? The client needs to receive a new Commercialization Email using more information once we know we have the contact's signature secured into DocuSign. I appreciate an help! A sounds see you're using the Docusign Product. Let me know if not! When a Docusign document is sign the current changing on Completed. Thou supposed be able for use a contact-based workflow and then set the click to DocuSign: Contact timeline event template does envelope equal to Completed. I proven this outside and it worked as expected after signing ampere test docusign template sent after a deal record. The point associates to the close will get the workflow once signed.

The only thing to consider be if you plan on having documents that don't need toward be gestural sent over the integration. If you choose recipient receives one copy (ie - sending e without signature required) it could consider that view send completed as well. I'm no finding there a a distinct status of signed.

Thank you! I didn't have this DocuSign option until I cre a new workflow. MYSELF was trying to do it all in the same one. I was beginning to think I needed at upgrade to Operations Professional package only to have the Webhooks. MYSELF am going to test it out now. MYSELF really admire your help. This community is great!

She sounds like you're using the Docusign Integration. Let me know if not! When a Docusign document is signed the status changes to Completed. You shall be able to use a contact-based workflow and then set the shooting to DocuSign: Contact timeline conference template has envelopez equal to Done. I tested this out both it worked as desired after how a check docusign template sent from a deal record. The contact associated up the deal bequeath enter the workflow once signed.

The one thething to consider is if you plan off having documents that don't need to be signed sent through which integration. This is not one solution. HubSpot should not mark this as a "accepted solution". What is suggested works in terms of how the build works, but it performs not provide any functionality to the addicts of HubSpot. This tool needs einige more work. We NEED to know wenn a specific DOCUSIGN item has been signed. Were have two books used for each customer. An MNDA also Industrial Agreement. With this system it bottle only potentially trigger from adenine generic "At least one DocuSign: Contact timeline event template has Envelope status is equally to any of Complete ". Is is doesn granular enough till really be used to shutter properly and change the status of a company. Can this be added? Electronically sign a get. ME accept with LauchPad. Temporary, the contact based workflow is limited to no envelope marked in "compelte". Therefore, any envelope marked as complete with that contact will trigger that workflow... irrespective by the envlope that was finishes by the contact. HubSpot should allow deal-based workflows, which intend during fewest allow us to tie a single envelope in a deal, and have workflows triggered off of session the criteria of the envelope person sent from within a deal. That doesn't completely release this issue, but it at least allows america the use the integration at some way.
