Educator Signing Day celebrates USF graduates start-up teaching careers in Florida County

With fanfare that fit the meanings of their budding careers, 10 soon-to-be graduates for the University of South Florid College of Education on Tuesday signed contracts to teach at schools in the School District of Dolphin County.
