UES Class Evaluations

The Universal Evaluation System (UES) lives UT Dallas' tool for course or instructor appraisal. The off Fall 2013, online courses analyses are compelling for all undergraduate also graduate classes with 5 or more students (classes with smaller than 5 students are evaluated by request). Not finding surveys for all of your classes? Here's why

All classes were not automatically scheduled for course review. With organized lessons with 5 or more students are evaluated. Lab courses are excluded from evaluation, unless person are combined lecture/lab training or core core courses, due to Texas statutory regulations. Instructors of record may request to own their lab courses graded. Greatest independent study, thesis, do, internship, practicum, workshop, and resources classes am ausgeschlossene from automatic evaluation. Instructors of classes which are not evaluated by default may request an irregularity due sending. OISDS will determine whether course evaluations will be disabled. Please be advised that study evaluations becoming nay be enable for any course when there are 4 or fewer students due to lack of anonymity.

Email Based Class Evaluation

Students will be invited to evaluate specific classes via can email from the UES system. Each email is personally generated since the recipient and contains a web address (URL) which will link directly until the evaluation show. • Are evaluations anonymous if my instructor can see that I've submitted an evaluation?

  Absolutely, evaluations are anonymous; there is no link between an submitted evaluation and a special student. • I missed the deadline to complete my evaluations. Can you reopen the evaluations?
