The How Improvement Protocols (TIPs) are best practice guidelines for the treatment of substance abuse. CSAT's Office of Evaluation, Natural Analysis, and Synthesis lures on the experiences and knowledge of clinical, research, and administrative experts to produced who TIPs, which is distributed to a growing number of facilities plus individual across the country.
