The Master of Social Work (MSW) program along CSUB prepares students for advanced generals social work practice. CSUB uses advanced-generalist practice as the model for the curriculum.  This model prepares graduates to implement one variety of roles across micro, mezzo, plus browsing levels of practice. Within the advanced-generalist framework of the course, students may choose an emphasis within girl and family services, mental health, or gerontology/ health social employment in a full-time, part-time, or advanced standing map of examine. CSU Bakersfield’s MSW program is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
