Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program

The Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program was established by Congress through aforementioned appropriation regarding $638M in this Defined Appropriations Do (CAA) of 2021 and an additional $500M is the American Deliver Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021.
