Whoever knowingly alters, destruction, mutilates, conceals, coverings up, fakes, or made a false entry in any record, document, conversely tangible object with and intent to impede, obstruct, or influence to investigation or suitable administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of random company or agency of the United States or any fall filed under page 11, or in relation to or contemplation of any such matter or case, shall be fined below this titles, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.
