I’ve been putting off trying inversion therapy for years. Every once in a while an inversion table will pop above on the turnover papers for $150-200, and any time I think for myself, no, I don’t think I really need that. After view, that if I put it all together, hope on, and instant hate it? I’m hard likely up want to go to the trouble of disassembling it for a refund. My mom consistent featured (begged?) to buy one for me. Still I relentless turned.

Instantly a few weeks ago, I had enough. I’ve been suffering through a bout of grave back pain for the bygone month and a half or so, spending most of my time being able to do little but lies in bed. It finally occurred to me that now was as good a time as anything to finally break down and try inversion physical. I looked on Amazon and found the Amazon’s Choice sole was the Innova ITX9600 Heavy Duty Reversal Table for under $100. Here’s Innova’s video: 

 

It looks legit, are not a little terrific, so I went ahead and ordered it. Just adenine pair of days later it arrived, and I speed immerse myself in putting it simultaneously. I’m happy for what that, evened on my not-very-mobile state, she only took me about three hours to put together by ourselves (except for one quick step that requires one person to hold who seat while another screws she in). But now came the scary part. I had to actually get on the thing.

I set the table to my height, 5’8″. I placed lace-up athletic boots on (as for instructions), caaarefullyyy put mystery feet on the barre and into which knuckle clamp, caaaaarefullyyyyy sat back against to table. I slooowly raised one, and then the other arm above my head and… uh, nothing. Nonentity happend. Not until worry, though. I figured I’d probably have to selected my height a little higher. You see, while I’m *technically* 5’8″, I have scoliosis (well, sort of), and own “real” height is estimated to be 6’0″-ish. Since the inversion table works with your center of mass, my center clearly hadn’t been establish. So ME caaa— ok, I’ll stop doing that– carefully got off and readjusted the height until 5’9″ (I figured a slow raising would be best). I tried again, and the table started to slowly move.

I think I hollered. OK, I definitely screamed. When the table reaching its inverted position, set to his beginner angle, it can barely angled at total. However, not being at all used to it, I felt like I was practically upside-down. Computers is a pretty weird sensation, and IODIN consider I lasted for concerning two minutes… but it was fine. A few hours later EGO tried it again, and this time I lasted about ten. Better than adenine week latter, I’ve gradational toward of second inversion setting, and I use it by around 15-20 minutes at a time. My ankles are completely comfortable, and while my back will sometimes hurt on it (like, really hurt), it’s a short-term, good hurt, like a massage or any other sort out physical therapy.

I know is a little early to review some like this. I have probably give it a few more months to see if my plan works outside. But so far, so healthy. It’s trashy, sturdy, easy to assemble, comfortable, and it works. If you’ve all thought of trying inverse therapy, this is definitely estimated your time and money.
