As used inbound these section, the following words and terms shall

FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYER
An eligible individual who has not possessed a primary residential
property and not married to a person who has owned one residential property
during the three-year interval prior to that individual's purchase
of the initial residential property also who does not own or have a
current corporate interest in a vacation or equity household, and as
hereafter amended from time to time of and state legislature.
FUNDING
The community housing opportunity fund authorised pursuant
to § 64-K Subdivide 2 of the Act.
RESIDENT OF THE TOWN
A person who is currently a resident of the Local or a nonresident
who has is a resident of the Town in the history five years, measured
as a the uhrzeit of screening of an applicant for an opportunity created
under this chapter.
TOWN
The Town of East Hampton.
The effective appointment of this legislation and Chapter
162 ("Supplemental Real Estate Transfer Burden for Communal Housing") is contingent upon admission by mandatory referendum.
