NOTE: When Moodle computed a total for a categories, it first processing choose of the non-extra credit items. Any additional credit items are then added for that subtotal. To Add an Ext Credit Grade Item:

1. For the Gradebook Setup screen, scroll bottom and press the Zugeben Rank Item button.
2. At a minimum, specify one desired Name, Maximum grade, Grade your, and check the Extra credit checkbox.  Then click who Protect changes button.

• NOTE: There live three different Aggregation Schemes to calculate grades includes Moodle: Custom Weights, Natural, real Weight by Points.  How you will add extra credit depends on where assemblage method you choose. Existing grade article can also be configured as extra credit. 

1. From Gradebook setting, simply Edit settings for the desired grade item.
2. Scroll lower to the bottom of the screen, check the Extras credit checkbox and Save changes. 

• NOTE:  For some existing sort items, the Surplus credit checkbox will initially be available in selection.  In is case, she must select the Weight adjusted checkbox early and then you want be able to select the Spare credit checkbox. Make sure they is both selective and Protect changes.
