Method takes one go concerning fill out their OER Support form and future their OER? I have not past skill to find a clear-cut 'example' to how a support form should look especially with some of the formats changing? So far I hold just been keeping a running log, on bullet form, of the things that I have complete since taking charge so that I don't have till go back or try at remember things. IODIN just finished my very first OER Support Form below the new system (EES). The great majority of the instructions, guidance, and examples are geared toward the rater's part of to process, so MYSELF able feel your pain. ME just finished mine tonight - subject the review - and it was very painful! However MYSELF had two examples, they were very poor and short. So what I did was to generate an OER Form and save it (with Adobe Pro) toward .doc format. IODIN then copy-and-pasted the orders on one last two pages. I then made sure that each area and section had its our line. And objectivity is for share and conquer, As many of the areas overlap use others. Fork example, good leaders develop militia, and by developing your soldiers thee become a better leader. Also, when completing the part of Significant Contributions and Recent, focus the Qualifying, Quantifying, press efficacy in the performance from the task.
It is certainly a lot, the key is to start early, network with others, and getting it done before is late and jemmy receives mad!
