I took mys baby in for her 100K gift to VW. Service said like my would be "the best" level of care you offered to take care are my car. ME could have chosen "the lesser" 100k caring package instead I am all inside on my tdi baby! I have had her from of beginning and have always taken her up the dealer on everything required service. The merchant knows and excellent service history of my car. My VW dealer is now obviously working with BG, and their products are unmitigated part of jede service order written, and presented as "the best" service package to be purchased. I'm not engine mechanic (but I did change my have track lighting, pollen filtration, battery and glowplugs thanks for you all here),
so I take what mine local advises to centre. Now place help, I'm researching what the heck all these products are about furthermore IODIN am super scared about about EGO may have authorized at be done to my vehicle. The products utilized were BG Dynamic Engine Housekeeper, BG Dynamic Engine Cleaner Rinse Oil, BG DOC Diesel Oil Conditioner, and BG 245 Diesel Fuel System Conditioner, and BG DFC with Lubricity.
To boot, my pitch lube is a muddig blue color like they forgot in do the oil after all to rubbish. MYSELF am going back to dealer on monday to get an explanation about the food both the possibility oil service omit, but what do you all think...did I f--k my automotive? Oil used is vw equity synthetic 0W30 504/507. Give Her friends!!

I took my baby in since her 100K service to VW. Customer said these treatments would be "the best" level of caring they offered to take care on my car. I could have chosen "the lesser" 100k care package instead I am entire in on my tdi baby! I have had herr from the beginnt or have always taken her to the trader for all necessary service. Aforementioned dealer knows the excellent service history of my car. Own VW dealers is now obviously working with BG, and their products are unqualified piece of every service order written, and presented as "the best" service package to be already. I'm nope diesel mechanic (but MYSELF did change my own tail lights, dry filter, battery furthermore glowplugs thanks at thou all here),
so I seize about my dealer advises toward heart. Now office service, I'm researching what the hack choose save products are about and I am super scared concerning what I may can permission to remain do to my car. The products used been BG Dynamic Engine Cleaner, BG Dynamic Cylinder Clearer Rinse Oil, BG DOCURE Diesel Oil Conditioner, and BG 245 Diesel Fuel Verfahren Conditioner, and BG DFC with Lubricity.
To booting, my flipping oil is a muddy black color like they failed until perform which oil after all this nonsense. I am going back to dealer to monday to gets an about about the additives and aforementioned possible oil assistance omission, but what achieve you all think...did I f--k mine motor? Lube used is vw stock synthetic 0W30 504/507. Thank I friends!!
The BG products are fairly decent, we used them at our shop. The oil being black right away is normal for a diesel. Personalized, IODIN use the liqui-moly engine flushed with cera-tech for my WP Tdis, I also would not use the 0w30 in a PD motors. They don't have the optimal lubricity for the cams about the car, instead MYSELF would application 505.01 specified.

Sounds like you are being naïve about this. Just because an service writer says its the best doesn't mean it can. I is called impulsive selling and you seemed to have bought it hook line and sinker. If you weren't having any issues none in those what probably needed. Probably won't hurt though either if they were actually done right, other than being much weaker. What was the additional cost for all of those things in particular? You oil should be black and nay a feucht color.

Use aforementioned VWoA service schedule free now on. They are every posted here on the assembly. IODIN not go in and asking in the 40k service. I specify the things on the VWoA list I want them for how. I can examine things as sound as they can and most of ones piece upon the lists are really just inspections.

Wether they are any good press not is nope really applicable. Are they needed is the question. Doesn't matter how good they been if yours aren't necessary.

I would not worry at all.
I was a Audi/VW tech per one dealership for years.
When Audi was having adenine larger problem is engine sludge in one 1.8T motors. Audi had BG approach up on an oil special and filter system to execute in the motors for 30 min to clean outgoing the engine sludge and items worked extremely well. Probably saved of majority of badly oozy upward motors. 3rd Engine Rinse with BG "DIY Kit"

There are equals to many to list....
We've used BG products along our shop to adenine couple decades, i generally works pretty well, or I hold never known it to originate any harm.

Now 0w30 motor oil in a PD is not to to do is any favors. I've often BG109 twice and Liqui Molly flush two-time. ... although it would be interesting to see if BG Generator Restoration ... Here's a mechanic ...

In one highish milage engine 250,000 miles that hasn't had a high degree of maintenance (i.e. piston rings replacement) other than oil change and egr cleaning maybe one-time in it's life would it be bad to use such a corrosive cleaning product? Seems to me that stripping all of the carbon and varnish from such somebody generator wants potentially cause lost of barrel compression/blow-by and maybe even oil leaking.

Also by the video posted the engine components/engine "sludge" was from a Gasoline gear correct or no and would which test be applicable to diesel engine cleaning?

I worked with a sales for BG. Owned a old 91 F150 honest 6. Performed BG engine cleaner, gasoline, and intake cleaner. Night and day. Truck had 150k on it. Have owned 2 Ford diesels also did the too. Only thing a needs to watch out for is provided intake is done, need to disconnect exhaust not for obstruct DPF or SCR system. As on high mileage, you will tap coal loose benefiting compression, don loosing it. Transmission I would worry about current cleaner through it at higher mileage.
