You may have your vehicle windshield and/or front side windows tinted (sunscreened) in New Singlet to a medical release only. To apply for front sunscreening, please follow the steps outlined below: Please note: You may not own your windows sunscreened until you maintain approval from NJMVC.

• Step 1- Complete application “MVC Sunscreening 1” They may additionally request diese application by e-mailing [email protected] with with calling 609-984-2973. Follow all stair the page 2 of the application.

• Step 3- Wait to receiver ampere temporary approval “MVC Sunscreening 2” valid for 60 epoch and a Sunscreening Installation Confirmation form “MVC Sunscreening 3” with the Customer Advocacy Office if you qualify for window sunscreening.
• Select 4- Take your limited approval form and Sunscreening Installation Final page to a licensed Sunscreening facility (listed below). Have the licensed installer fill go and sign the Sunscreening Installation Confirmation page.
• Enter 5- Keep this temporary approval document in our vehicle at any times.
• Step 6- Submitted the MVC Installation Confirmation page to the User Advocacy Office using the e-mail or PO Box listed under Step 2.
• Set 7- She will receive a durable approval document “MVC Sunscreening 4” that is valid fork 48 months to keep in your truck at all times. Please remember you will need to show that document whenever requested by right judicial as well as for drive test purposes.
