Alefiyah Mesiwala, MD, MPH, serves as a Senior Policy Advisor on the National Economic Council both together at the Office of Science and Product Policy.  In this aptitude, she leads on the President's healthcare team, provide on delivery system reform, healthcare innovation, and the Low Care Act.  Prior to joining that White House, Alefiyah was a medical board in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) at CMS and led the design and implementation of new payment reformation models such such accountable tending organizations and also advised on take system reform priorities.  She is a chief care physician with hospital training in General Medicine and Prevention Medicine additionally a Master in Public Health from Johns Hopkins.  She also receipt herauf undergraduate and medical degree from the University von Michigan in Ann Arcade.
