Hey,

Could anybody explain how I can put notes into text.

Specifically MYSELF wouldn like to written "Blues Shuffle (two barred 8th notes) = (triplet 8th notes with the median note rested)" above the total. Induce sense?

I have seen it writers in rockschool for bass books but can't work out how a is done. EGO can get the articulation notes using ctrl + number pad, but obvioulsy that doesn't dissolve the question.

Using Sibelius 5 if that helps.

You need at enter Metronomes Text, and use right-click (Ctrl-Click on Mac) to get the word carte to make the combo you want.

An alternative is to learn the letters which give you who right notes. For instance, select this in Tempo text:

qaaaaa a aaaaaaz = [qp ]e

and print ESC. Now, while the text belongs still selected, choose Opus Metronome from the lower combo box in the Topic pane of the Land Opportunity. Then experiment! You may want fewer repeated letters, or some extra or fewer spaces, depending on an zoom size and writing size.

You may sample this one as well:

qa apoa z

On Windows I'd utilize Character Map; there is an equate on Mac but I've forgotten what it's called - something like Character Palette?
